Community Art & Public Engagement
Vision

Vision

Youth’s Enthusiasm envisions Mithila art as a professionally sustained and globally recognized artistic practice, supported by strong institutional frameworks and active participation across cultural, educational, and creative sectors.

The organization aims to establish itself as a leading cultural institution and reference platform for Mithila art, connecting artists from the Mithila region with national and international networks for exhibition, collaboration, and exchange. Through partnerships such as Mithila Center USA, it seeks to expand global engagement while ensuring that artists remain rooted in their cultural context.

At a systemic level, the vision is to build a self-sustaining ecosystem in which artists have access to continuous training, consistent work opportunities, and structured market pathways. This includes strengthening applied arts as a viable creative economy, supporting women-led artisan groups, and creating entry points for younger generations through education and mentorship.

GRASSROOTS IMPACT

Cultivating Change in the Mithila Heartland

Our community programs are the heartbeat of the foundation. We believe that art is a powerful tool for social and economic transformation. By working directly with over 600 artisan families in the rural heartlands, we are rebuilding the cultural and financial foundations of our region, one brushstroke at a time.
