Over the past 20+ years, Youth’s Enthusiasm has implemented scalpable models of art creation and skill development across Janakpur and 6+ districts in the Madhesh region. To date, the organization has engaged 5,000+ participants and delivered 120+ major art interventions. Our core programs include the Janakpur Public Mural Initiative (60+ murals completed), the Mithila Applied Arts Enterprise, and the Women Artisan Development Initiative, all designed to integrate heritage with economic opportunity.

This flagship program focuses on large-scale, site-specific mural development across Janakpur’s civic, educational, and heritage spaces. Each project follows a structured process:
1. Site identification and municipal coordination (with Janakpurdham Sub-Metropolitan City)
2. Artist-led concept design rooted in Mithila iconography
3. Community participation through guided execution phases
4. Finalization and long-term visibility in public space
Murals are typically executed over 7–15 day cycles, involving teams of trained artists and local participants.
